- College Graduate (ideally, Humanities or Liberal Arts graduate).
- Fluent in educated English (spoken and written), research, facility in computer use and web browsing.
- Familiar with classical music in particular, the humanities in general, and with Evangelical/Reformed doctrine/theology.
- Intimacy with DZFE’s broadcast a definite advantage.
- Broadcast experience not required but an advantage.
- Actively-discipled member of local church that holds to Evangelical/Reformed theology.
- Other qualifications.

- Male
- Mass Communication graduate
- Computer literate
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Basic Bible course required
- Experience not required but an advantage

- Graduate of BS-ECE
- Licensed ECE
- Experience is an advantage
