The two-part series called Pagbaha at Pamamahala is a response to the onslaught of Bagyong Ondoy and Pepeng. The first instalment —Tinimbang ka ngunit kulang– tackled the factors that caused the “Great flood” with the realization that the whole event was not an “act of God”. The second instalment tackled the seemingly kawalan ng tiwala of Filipinos in the relief efforts of the government. This episode also featured the FIRST Response efforts of FEBC to Pangasinan as delivered by team head Ms.Maria Baylon.
