For decades, 702 DZAS has been a trusted voice, offering information, inspiration, and instruction grounded in biblical truth. Through its programs, it has uplifted communities, strengthened faith, and provided guidance to listeners across generations.
A crucial component of the broadcast ministry is its radio transmitter, which has faithfully operated for over 25 years. Typically, transmitters last about 20 years, but the DZAS transmitter, installed in 1997, has exceeded its lifespan. Over the years, it has survived fire and flood but has diminished in capacity from 50 kilowatts to just 35 kilowatts. As technology evolves, upgrading the transmitter is now essential to enhance coverage, improve reliability, and continue reaching more people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
In June 2023, FEBC Philippines launched the 702 DZAS Transmitter Project: “Transmitting Signal, Transforming Lives,” a faith-driven initiative to secure funding for a new transmitter. By God’s grace and through the generosity of faithful supporters, the fundraising goal has been achieved!

Within the coverage area of DZAS — Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA — a combined population of over 40 million people can potentially hear the Gospel. Preserving mission-critical equipment means we can continue reaching every person who needs to hear it.
Now that the resources are ready, the next step is to acquire, install, and test the new transmitter in Bocaue, Bulacan. This process will take several months, but we remain confident in God’s perfect timing and provision for this endeavor. Please accompany us in prayer as we work through this process.

In Luzon, 1143 DZMR Missions Radio in Santiago City, Isabela, and CARE 104.3 DWAY-FM in Legazpi are being renovated to protect their equipment from typhoons. DZMR serves indigenous communities in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera, while DWAY conveys the care of Christ to Bicolandia.
In the Visayas, UP987 DYFR-FM Life-Changing in Cebu is facing retrofitting work to shore up their tower. Our station in Bacolod, 1233 DYVS The Sweet Voice of Salvation, urgently needs a replacement for their failing transmitter.
In Mindanao, 1197 DXFE The Good News Radio in Davao is planning for repairs after its transmitter van was damaged by flooding. All these stations play a vital role in serving their broadcast communities.
