The Book of Revelation presents a radiant picture of Jesus Christ’s triumphant return: “On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords”. Jesus, the King, is the Son of God.
Kings are powerful figures. We imagine them in ceremonial dress, seated on thrones, and trailed by an entourage of servants. But the Apostle Paul gives us a very different picture when He speaks of Jesus in the book of Philippians.
